- The product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) must be provided.
- Certain products, such as personalized or custom items, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide instructions on how and where to send your returned item.
Please note: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
